Set up and support Local Area Networks (LAN) including router and switch configurations.
Assist in VPN setup and troubleshooting to ensure secure remote connectivity.
Install and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) on desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Set up and maintain printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure network security and data integrity.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve escalated technical issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
