Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.

  2. Assist in preparing sales, purchase, expense, and other accounting entries.

  3. Handle accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.

  4. Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and supplier/customer accounts regularly.

  5. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting accounting documents.

  6. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in accordance with company procedures.

  7. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.

  8. Support senior accounting staff in audits, tax documentation, and other finance-related activities.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 9AM - 6:30PM

    Working Days: 6 days a week
