Job Description

  1. Prepare and maintain manual VAT bills accurately, following applicable regulations.

  2. Maintain stock registers, recording opening stock, purchases, issues, and closing stock.

  3. Update and manage purchase and sales registers regularly.

  4. Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for correctness and completeness.

  5. Assist with daily accounting entries and record-keeping.

  6. Support senior accountants during audits and financial reviews.

  7. Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents.

  8. Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
