Job Description

  1. Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.

  2. Managing and training store staff.

  3. Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.

  4. Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.

  5. Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.

  6. Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

  7. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

  8. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

  9. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

  10. Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
