Job Description

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Japanese language curriculum,

  2. Provide regular feedback and assessments to students to track their progress,

  3. Collaborate with other Japanese teachers to develop and improve teaching materials,

  4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other faculty members,

  5. Stay up-to-date with current teaching methodologies and incorporate them into classroom instruction,

  6. Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to Japanese language and culture,

  7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

  8. Duty Time: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Morning shift only).

  9. Lunch Provided: (If applicable for extended duties or other support tasks).

  10. Growth Opportunity: Performance-based incentives and training support available for higher language levels (N5/N4) in future.
