 Our client, a renowned restaurant located at Laldurbar Road, is seeking a skilled Japanese Cook to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about authentic Japanese cuisine and have the expertise to prepare traditional and modern Japanese dishes, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a wide variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, ramen, and other traditional cuisines.
2. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Manage food preparation processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus and special offerings.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Japanese Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
2. Expertise in traditional and modern Japanese cooking techniques.
3. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
