Job Description :
Design and develop the restaurant's Japanese menu, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, and other traditional dishes.
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.
Train and supervise kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques and standards.
Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and food costs.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Work closely with the management team to develop new dishes and menu items.
Provide leadership and direction to kitchen staff.
