  5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  6. Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and menu items while staying updated with culinary trends.

  7. Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques.

  8. Customer Interaction: Handle customer feedback professionally and make necessary adjustments to enhance dining experience.

  9. Cost Control: Monitor food costs and work to minimize waste while ensuring quality.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Japanese Cuisine Chef in a reputable restaurant.

  2. Deep understanding of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.

  3. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

  4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
