Job Description
विभिन्न प्रकारका इटालियन परिकारहरू (Pizza Pasta Lasagna Risotto आदि) तयार गर्ने
खाना पकाउने सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थित रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने
Bakery सम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको हुनुपर्ने तथा bread pastry dessert आदि बनाउन सक्ने
आवश्यक सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गरी प्रयोग गर्ने
नयाँ menu तथा dishes तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने
Kitchen सफा, सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित राख्ने
Food hygiene तथा safety standards पालना गर्ने
Kitchen team सँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने
ग्राहकको आवश्यकता अनुसार परिकार तयार गर्ने
Stock तथा inventory management मा सहयोग गर्ने
