As per company ruleDairy Product Inventory Management: Oversee the storage, handling, and organization of dairy products to ensure they are stored at the right temperature and meet quality standards.
Track Stock Levels: Monitor dairy inventory levels closely, ensuring stock is replenished on time and that products are rotated to prevent spoilage.
Ensure Product Quality: Regularly inspect dairy products for quality, freshness, and safety, ensuring all products meet health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with Suppliers: Manage relationships with dairy suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate orders based on the demand forecast.
Record Inventory Transactions: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, usage, and returns, ensuring data is updated in real-time.
Temperature and Storage Compliance: Ensure that dairy products are stored at the correct temperature to maintain freshness and comply with food safety regulations.
Stock Rotation: Implement the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure that older products are used first and reduce waste or spoilage of dairy products.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular inventory reports to management, analyze trends in dairy product usage, and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management processes.
