Job Description

  1. Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

  2. Prepare layout plans, 2D/3D designs, mood boards, and presentation materials.

  3. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

  4. Supervise project execution and ensure work quality meets design standards.

  5. Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements.

  6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth project completion.

  7. Visit project sites regularly and monitor progress according to timelines.

  8. Prepare project estimates, BOQ, and design documentation.

  9. Ensure designs comply with safety standards and client expectations.

  10. Lead and guide junior designers and support the design team in daily operations.

Note: Duty Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
