Job Description:

Assist customers in selecting Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and accessories with clear product knowledge.
Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness of the showroom, and keep inventory organized.
Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and offer after-sales support.
Process billing, manage POS system, and record daily sales accurately.
Coordinate with the store team to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
कामको विवरण:
1. ग्राहकलाई iPhone, iPad, MacBook तथा अन्य Apple सामान छान्ने र बुझाउने कार्यमा सहयोग गर्नु।
2. शोरुम सफा राख्ने, प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले आकर्षक बनाउने र स्टक व्यवस्थित राख्नु।
3. ग्राहकका सोधपुछहरू समाधान गर्ने, आवश्यक प्राविधिक जानकारी दिने तथा after-sales support प्रदान गर्नु।
4. बिलिङ, POS सिस्टम सञ्चालन गर्ने र दैनिक बिक्री रेकर्ड व्यवस्थित राख्नु।
5. बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरा गर्न टिमसँग समन्वय गर्ने र उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्नु।
  Note: 2 days holiday in a month, duty hour: 8 am to 7 pm, should have at least 1 year experience in mobile shop.
  1. महिनामा २ दिन बिदा ।
  2. ड्युटी समय: बिहान ८ बजेदेखि बेलुका ७ बजेसम्म।
  3. मोबाइल पसलमा कम्तीमा १ वर्षको अनुभव हुनुपर्ने।
    English speaking is must.
