Job Description

  1. Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, messages, and in-person communication

  2. Promote and explain company products or services to potential customers

  3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers

  4. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the company

  5. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

  6. Maintain proper records of customer details and sales activities

  7. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth sales operations

  8. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns

  9. Maintain a professional attitude and positive work environment

  10. Support other indoor sales tasks as assigned by management

Note: First 5 day ( Unpaid Training for 1 hr ) English Communication Needed.

Duty Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Saturday – 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Sunday Off. Nepalese and Australian Public Holidays Off.
