Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product information.

  2. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of merchandise in the store.

  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  4. Manage billing, cash handling, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

  5. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low or out-of-stock items.

  6. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

  7. Keep updated knowledge of new arrivals, discounts, and promotional offers.

  8. Ensure overall cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation at all times.
