Job Description

  1. Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

  2. Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.

  3. Help customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions.

  4. Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.

  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.

  6. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and issue receipts accurately.

  7. Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.

  8. Record sales and customer data for reporting purposes.

  9. Resolve customer complaints or forward them to the manager as needed.

    Duty hour : 8-9 hours
