Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Understand customers' clothing requirements, preferences, and style expectations.

3. Explain product features, fabrics, designs, sizing, and customization options.

4. Take accurate body measurements according to required standards.

5. Recommend suitable fabrics, designs, styles, and sizes based on customer requirements.

6. Provide basic fashion and styling guidance to customers when required.

7. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

8. Maintain proper records of customer measurements, orders, and requirements.

9. Coordinate with the tailoring, production, or design team to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.

10. Follow up with customers regarding orders, fittings, alterations, and deliveries when required.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 12PM - 8PM

    The position offers a performance-based salary with additional bonuses and clear opportunities for regular raises as you excel in your role.

• English Fluency: Speak and write in English very well.

• Camera Skills: Feel comfortable and confident in front of a camera.

• Fashion Education: Hold a degree or study fashion design (graduates from fashion colleges get top priority).
