-Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
-Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
-Demonstrate musical instruments, accessories, and audio equipment to customers.
-Assist customers with fitting and trying out instruments and equipment.
2.Sales:
-Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
-Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
-Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the management.
3.Product Management:
-Ensure all products are displayed neatly and are fully stocked.
-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
-Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.
-Keep the store clean, organized, and free of clutter.
4.Knowledge and Skills Development:
Stay updated on the latest music products, trends, and technologies.
-Participate in product training sessions provided by the store.
5.Other Duties:
-Assist in store events, promotions, and workshops.
-Help with store opening and closing procedures.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager.
