Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  3. Explain product features, pricing, and warranty information clearly.

  4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store/display area.

  5. Restock shelves and ensure proper product display.

  6. Handle cash or digital transactions accurately at the billing counter.

  7. Maintain daily sales reports and customer records as required.

  8. Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals.

  9. Report customer feedback and inventory needs to the manager.

    Note: 8am-8pm duty hours
