Job Description

  1. Prepare a variety of vegetarian tandoor dishes, including but not limited to, tandoori vegetables, paneer tikka, and stuffed naan, according to traditional recipes and standards.

  2. Marinate ingredients for tandoor dishes using a combination of spices and seasonings to enhance flavor.Operate and maintain tandoor oven equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  3. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure that dishes are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of tandoor dishes to customers.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tandoor area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.

  5. Assist in menu planning and development of new tandoor dishes as needed.

  6. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
