Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Marinate meats and vegetables with authentic Indian spices and yogurt-based mixes.
Ensure proper temperature and cooking times for each item.
Follow food hygiene and safety standards strictly.
Monitor food stock, ingredients, and report shortages.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Innovate or suggest variations to traditional tandoori recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
