Job Description

  1. तंदूर (भारतीय शैलीको माटोको चुलो) ओभनमा रोटी र मासु तयार गर्न सक्षम हुनुपर्ने

  2. भारतीय परिकारहरू बनाउने सीप र अनुभव हुनु।

  3. विभिन्न प्रकारका भारतीय मसला र सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग गर्ने ज्ञान।

  4. स्वच्छता र खाना तयार गर्ने मापदण्ड पालना गर्नु।

  5. खाना पकाउने क्रममा समयमै अर्डर तयार गर्ने क्षमता।

  6. रेस्टुराँको स्टक र सामग्रीको निगरानी तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार सुझाव दिन सक्ने।

  7. मेनु अनुसार नयाँ भारतीय परिकार तयार गर्न सक्ने र परम्परागत स्वाद कायम राख्ने।

  8. भान्साको उपकरणको सही प्रयोग र मर्मतसम्भारमा ध्यान दिने।

  9. टीमसहित सहकार्य गर्दै व्यस्त समयमा पनि कार्यकुशलता कायम राख्ने।
