  1. तंदूर (भारतीय शैलीको माटोको चुलो) ओभनमा रोटी र मासु तयार गर्न सक्षम हुनुपर्ने

  2. योजना र प्रत्यक्ष खाना तयारी र खाना पकाउने गतिविधिहरु गर्ने

  3. खाद्य आवश्यकताहरू अनुमान गर्ने

  4. नयाँ प्रविधिहरू प्रयोग गरेर गार्निसिङ र खानाको प्रस्तुति गर्ने

  5. मेनुहरू योजना गर्ने, खानाको गुणस्तर र अंश नियन्त्रण सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  6. खाद्य लागत, उपभोग, सूचीको रेकर्ड राख्ने

  7. ड्यूटीमा हुँदा, स्वास्थ्य र खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरू पूरा भएको सुनिश्चित गर्न खाना पकाउने ठाउँ सफा राख्ने

    काम गर्ने दिन: हप्तामा ६ दिन
