Job Description
विभिन्न प्रकारका भारतीय खाना (करी, बिरयानी, तन्दुरी, रोटी, पराठा, दोसा आदि) बनाउन सक्षम हुनु।
खाना तयार गर्न, पकाउन र प्लेटिङ गर्न आवश्यक सीप हुनु।
मसला, ग्रेभी र तन्दुरी म्यारिनेशनको ज्ञान हुनु।
खाना पकाउँदा स्वाद, रंग र बनावटमा निरन्तरता कायम राख्नु।
सामग्रीहरूको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्ने र ताजा राख्ने।
मिज अन प्लास (Mise en place) तयारी समयमै सम्पन्न गर्ने।
सफाइ, स्वास्थ्य तथा फुड सेफ्टीको मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
व्यस्त समयमा टिमसँग मिलेर छिटो र प्रभावकारी सेवा दिन सहयोग गर्ने।
अर्डर अनुसार खाना समयमै तयार गर्ने र ग्राहकको सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
रसोईघरमा आवश्यक इन्वेन्टरी, मसलाहरू र सामग्रीहरूको व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
