Job Description

  1. Must prepare all Indian Cuisine dishes as per menu specifications and recipes.

  2. Convert Indian Cuisine recipes into large quantities for production

  3. Full knowledge of all cooking equipment and how to use them.

  4. Wash, peel and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.

  5. Prepares vegetables, fruits, salads, and foods for cooking.

  6. Must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
