Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the entire store team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Handle inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

• Train, coach, and develop team members.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding reports, procurement, and operational updates.

• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reports.

• Maintain discipline and create a positive work environment.

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Honest, responsible, and results-driven.
