Job Description
  1. Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including marketing, technology, logistics, and customer service.

  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions accordingly.

  3. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  4. Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.

  5. Design and conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

  6. Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

  7. Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.

  8. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  9. Implement performance evaluation systems and provide regular feedback mechanisms.
