Job Description
- -Manage the daily operations of the hub
- -Oversee and manage the delivery staff
- -Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in hub facilities
- -Manage and support hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration
- -Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash
- -Lead the troubleshooting efforts from hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
