Job Description

  1. Set up office and recruit delivery agents.

  2. Receive parcels dispatched from the Kathmandu hub, record entries in the system, and allocate tasks to delivery agents.

  3. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and deposit the same in the bank.

  4. Coordinate with transportation company to manage the return of orders.

  5. Efficiently oversee and run office operations.

  6. Onboarding of new riders

  7. Act as a WIS (Walk-in-Support) to address rider problems that cannot be solved online.

  8. Should have a two -wheeler license (If not, candidate shall acquire within 2 months of selection)

Priority shall be given to members residing in or being from the specified areas in locations
