Job Description

-Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Staffing:

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

-Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.

-Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.

2.Employee relations:

-Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

-Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

-Implement policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent treatment of all employees.

3.Performance Management:

-Develop and administer performance evaluation systems.

-Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.

-Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.

4.Compliance and Legal:

-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

-Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.

-Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.

5.Compensation and Benefits:

-Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

-Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

-Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.

6.CCTV and Vehicle GPS Surveillance:

-Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV cameras within company premises.

-Manage vehicle GPS surveillance systems to track company vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Develop and implement policies for the use of surveillance systems to enhance security and operational efficiency.

-Regularly review surveillance footage and GPS data to identify any potential security risks or policy violations.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure surveillance systems are up to date and functioning effectively.

7.HR Data Management:

-Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy and security.

-Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

8.Health and Safety:

-Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

-Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure a safe work environment.

9.Employee Development:

-Create and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

-Organize workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
