Job Description
  1. Handle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and staff onboarding

  2. Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR documents

  3. Coordinate salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, and payroll details with Finance

  4. Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace behavior

  5. Issue notices, warning letters, clarification letters, and official HR communication

  6. Manage resignations, clearances, handovers, and exit procedures

  7. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staff requirements

  8. Organize departmental trainings as per operational needs

  9. Ensure training records, attendance, and follow-up reports are properly maintained

  10. Support staff development, performance follow-up, and service standard improvement

  11. Ensure company rules, policies, grooming standards, and service standards are followed

Handle staff grievances professionally while protecting company interest

Requirements:

  1. Prior HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or nightlife industry for atleast 2years

  2. Strong communication and documentation skills

  3. Confident in handling staff issues and disciplinary matters

  4. Good knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, and HR procedures

  5. Able to organize staff training and coordinate with department heads

  6. Must be organized, firm, professional, and accountable

    Note: Must have experience in hospitality sector.
