Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality service.
Insect guest rooms, public areas, and staff work to ensure cleanliness and presentation are up to hotel standards.
Manage work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning replies and coordinate with management for ordering.
Address and resolve guest complains or requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular team meetings to commit hotel standards, policies, and updates.
Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance departments to coordinate room status and repair needs.
Uphold safety and hygiene regulations and enforce compliance among the team.
Report maintenance issues and assurance timely repairs.
Maintenance and security of the best information and hotel data.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
Previous supervisory is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of housekeeping management systems is a plus.
