Job Description

  1. Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards.

  2. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities.

  3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.

  4. Report maintenance issues or room damages to the Supervisor.

  5. Handle guest laundry and lost & found items following procedures.

  6. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.

  7. Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.

  8. Assist with special room setups when required.

  9. Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness.

    Note:

    Duty time: 8-9 hrs shift. from morning 6 am - 6 pm.

    Facilities: Only Food, OT Payment, Annual Bonus, Dashain Bonus.

    Working Day: 6 day in a week.
