Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  • होटलको मापदण्डअनुसार अतिथि कोठा, बाथरुम, करिडोर तथा तोकिएका अन्य होटल क्षेत्रहरू सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  • बेड मिलाउने, बेडसिट तथा तौलिया परिवर्तन गर्ने, अतिथिका आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू पुनःपूर्ति गर्ने र कोठालाई व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  • कोठाको सरसफाइ जाँच गर्ने तथा मर्मतसम्भार आवश्यक पर्ने समस्या, हराएका वा बिग्रिएका सामानहरू सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  • सरसफाइका रसायन, उपकरण तथा हाउसकिपिङ सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित र प्रभावकारी रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने।

  • अतिथिका हाउसकिपिङसम्बन्धी अनुरोधहरूलाई विनम्रतापूर्वक र समयमै सम्बोधन गर्ने।

  • लबी, सिँढी, लिफ्ट तथा कर्मचारी क्षेत्रलगायत होटलका सार्वजनिक स्थानहरूमा सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने।

  • होटलका सुरक्षा, सरसफाइ, हराएका तथा भेटिएका सामान (Lost & Found), अतिथिको गोपनीयता तथा व्यावसायिक आचरणसम्बन्धी नीतिहरू पालना गर्ने।

Duty Hour: 8 hours

  • Copy of Citizenship Certificate.

  • Curriculum Vitae / Biodata with 2 recent (within 6 months) PP-size photos.

  • Documents related to academic qualification and training (from SLC onwards).

  • Details of current or previous employer, along with the reason for leaving previous job or planning to leave the current one.

  • Reference letter (Optional but desirable)

  • Mandatory Disclosure: Any health issue/illness or medication use must be disclosed in the CV/Biodata.
