Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Make beds, change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
Replenish toiletries, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Follow proper cleaning procedures and health and safety standards.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments when required.
