Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Monitor room reservations, availability, and walk-in guests
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable
Train new front desk employees on hotel policies and procedures
Prepare daily reports and handovers for management
Ensure proper handling of guest requests and follow-ups
Enforce compliance with safety, hospitality, and operational standards
