Job Description

  1. Manage reservations

  2. Escort vip guests to their seats

  3. Handling customer feedback and complaints

  4. Show guests to their table

  5. Answer phones and take reservations

  6. Initiate and maintain wait lists

  7. Answers phone calls and customer inquiries

  8. Assist wait staff as needed

  9. Coordinate with waitstaff about available seating

  10. Distribute to-go orders

  11. Greet customers upon their departure

  12. Greeting guests

  13. Managing the seating chart

  14. Performed dining room preparatory work

  15. Provide guests with menus

  16. Responds to and addresses guest concerns

  17. Complete opening and closing duties

  18. Greet guests

  19. Provide patrons with accurate wait times

  20. Serve our guests courteously and efficiently

  21. Welcome guests to the venue

  22. Clean and organize the front-of-house

  23. Communicating wait times to guests

  24. Gives them menus
