As per Company AgreementGreeting guests as they arrive, assisting with seating arrangements, and providing menus.
Managing reservations, ensuring that tables are allocated appropriately and that guests are seated promptly upon arrival.
Answering phone calls and taking reservations, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Coordinating with the service staff to ensure that tables are cleaned and set up properly, and that menus and other supplies are stocked.
Keeping track of wait times and communicating estimated wait times to guests.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information about the restaurant's offerings, including menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Managing the waiting area and ensuring that it is clean, organized, and comfortable for guests.
Assisting with to-go orders and ensuring that they are prepared accurately and on time.
Maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Following all health and safety regulations, including maintaining proper hygiene standards and ensuring that guests comply with restaurant policies.
