Position Overview

The Hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring a pleasant and organized dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional and friendly attitude.

  2. Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waiting lists.

  3. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or relevant information.

  4. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth and timely guest seating.

  5. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.

  6. Maintain accurate reservation and seating records.

  7. Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable.

  8. Promote a positive dining experience while following resort service standards and SOPs.

    Duty Hour:8 to 9 hours
