Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

  2. Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently.

  3. Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions.

  4. Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and presentable.

  5. Assist with resolving guest complaints or concerns politely.

  6. Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen for smooth service.

  7. Answer phone calls and handle inquiries about the restaurant.

  8. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Note: Duty hour – 9 hours per day.
