Job Description

  1. Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them at departure.

  2. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

  3. Maintain seating charts and manage table rotation to optimize service flow.

  4. Communicate guest preferences and special occasion details to servers and management.

  5. Politely handle guest complaints or requests, escalating when needed.

  6. Keep the reception and entrance area tidy and organized.

  7. Assist guests with directions, answering questions, or providing recommendations.

  8. Support the restaurant team during peak service hours as needed.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) will be given preference.

Note: Break shift is available.
