Job Description
  1. Manage the front desk by answering phone calls and greeting visitors professionally.

  2. Prepare official letters, memos, and other documents using MS Word.

  3. Maintain daily records and perform accurate data entry tasks in MS Excel.

  4. Handle basic email correspondence in English in a timely manner.

  5. Manage and monitor office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

  6. Keep the office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  7. Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.

  8. Provide general administrative support to staff and help with day-to-day office tasks

    --Duty time-10am to 6 pm
