Prepare and cook authentic Mexican, Newari, Nepali, and Indian cuisines with consistent taste and quality.
Plan menus, manage kitchen operations, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Ensure proper food presentation, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and coordinate with management for supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Work in shift duty: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, as assigned by management.

मेक्सिकन, नेवारी, नेपाली तथा भारतीय खानाका परिकारहरू स्वाद र गुणस्तर कायम राख्दै तयार गर्ने।
किचनको सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्थापन गर्ने तथा जुनियर किचन स्टाफको सुपरिवेक्षण गर्ने।
खानाको प्रस्तुति, सरसफाइ तथा खाद्य सुरक्षाका मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।
किचन सामग्रीको स्टक व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र आवश्यक आपूर्तिका लागि व्यवस्थापनसँग समन्वय गर्ने।
किचन सधैं सफा, व्यवस्थित र स्वास्थ्य नियमअनुसार राख्ने।
ड्युटी समय: बिहान ९:०० देखि ५:०० वा साँझ ५:०० देखि राति २:०० (सिफ्ट अनुसार)।
