Job Description
  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, including at least 2 years in a leadership or head cook role.

  2. At least 1+ year of work experience in the Himalayan region.

  3. Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and high-volume cooking.

  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen efficiently.

  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high food quality standards.

  7. Ability to manage food inventory and make cost-effective decisions.

  8. Must be able to lift heavy kitchen equipment and work long hours on your feet.

  9. Must not smoke or drink, ensuring a healthy and professional kitchen environment.

  10. Upon review and selection, staff members must be willing to sign a 1-year contract.
