खाना पकाउने, स्वाद र गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने
किचन स्टाफलाई तालिम दिने र निर्देशन गर्ने
सामग्रीहरूको स्टक जाँच गर्ने र अर्डर दिने
मेनु तयार पार्ने वा परिमार्जन गर्नेमा सहयोग गर्ने
खाना पकाउने उपकरणहरूको सफाइ र सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित गर्ने
खाना पकाउँदा स्वच्छता र स्वास्थ्य मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने
ग्राहकको रुचिअनुसार परिकार तयार गर्ने
खाना बर्बाद कम गर्ने र समयमै परिकार तयार गर्ने
व्यवस्थापन टोलीसँग नियमित समन्वय गर्ने
