Job Description

  1. Plan, create, and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and cost considerations.

  2. Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

  3. Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen assistants.

  4. Ensure high-quality preparation, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.

  5. Coordinate with restaurant management on special events, menu promotions, and guest feedback.

  6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure food quality, portion sizes, and preparation techniques meet standards.
