 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cook at MyCabin "Cowork & Cafe" in Kathmandu. The Head Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, planning and preparing meals, managing inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met.

 Qualifications

• Culinary skills, menu planning, and food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations
• Experience in leading and supervising kitchen staff
• Creativity in developing new dishes and adapting to dietary restrictions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Certification in culinary arts or relevant field
