मासु, कुखुरा, माछा लगायतका नन–भेज सामग्रीको स्वच्छ रूपमा तयारी र काटछाँट गर्ने।
मेनु अनुसार स्वादिष्ट नन–भेज परिकारहरू समयमै पकाउने र प्रस्तुत गर्ने।
किचनमा सरसफाइ, हाइजिन र सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।
खानेकुरा स्टक (inventory) जाँच गर्ने र आवश्यक परे सामग्री अर्डरको सिफारिस गर्ने।
पकाउने उपकरणहरू सही तरिकाले प्रयोग र हेरचाह गर्ने।
खाना पकाउने प्रक्रियामा गुणस्तर नियन्त्रणमा ध्यान दिने।
किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी सुचारु रूपमा काम सञ्चालन गर्ने।
