Job description:

  1. Menu Creation & Execution: Develop and prepare a diverse menu, including pizzas, burgers, chicken lollipops, mojitos, shakes, and cold coffee, ensuring each item meets high standards of quality and presentation.

  2. Kitchen Leadership: Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and effective communication to deliver excellent service.

  3. Recipe Innovation: Continuously experiment with and create new recipes to keep the menu exciting, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

  4. Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and plating to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for all menu items.

  5. Inventory & Cost Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and work within budget constraints to ensure efficient and cost-effective kitchen operations.
