Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Himalayan Organic Kitchen located in Lalitpur District. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, ensuring food quality, and managing kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
• Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate kitchen staff
• Creativity and ability to create new and innovative dishes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
