Job Description

  1. बारको सम्पूर्ण सञ्चालनको निगरानी गर्ने र सेवा सुचारु रूपमा सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  2. विभिन्न प्रकारका अल्कोहोलिक र नन-अल्कोहोलिक पेय पदार्थहरू तयार गर्ने र सर्भ गर्ने

  3. नयाँ ककटेल रेसिपी विकास गर्ने तथा ड्रिंक मेनु अपडेट गर्ने

  4. बार स्टाफ तथा बार हेल्परलाई प्रशिक्षण दिने र सुपरभाइज गर्ने

  5. बारको स्टक तथा सामग्रीको व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  6. बार क्षेत्र तथा उपकरणहरूको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने

  7. ग्राहक सेवा स्तरको निगरानी गर्ने र अतिथि सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  8. ग्राहकका गुनासोहरू समाधान गर्ने

  9. बारको बिक्री, नगद व्यवस्थापन तथा दैनिक रिपोर्ट तयार गर्ने

  10. मदिरा सेवा सम्बन्धी नियम तथा सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  11. व्यवस्थापन तथा किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्ने

    • ड्युटी समय १० घण्टा हुनेछ
